教学简介
承担了《分析化学》、《仪器分析》、《大学化学》、《食品分析》、《实用分析技术》等本科生课程,以及《现代仪器分析实验》、《食品安全导论》等研究生课程,指导本科生科研训练及毕业论文,取得良好教学效果。
科研简介
主要从事食品中污染物识别、食品功能因子开发及安全性评估、药物的精准递送以及生物标志物筛查等方面的研究工作。承担了国家科技支撑计划、国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金以及省部级项目30余项。发展了系列食品中污染物识别新技术,探究了一些物质在生物体内的毒效应,并筛查到一些特异性生物标志物。在《ACS Nano》、《Advanced Healthcare Materials》、《Food Chemistry》、《Journal of Chromatography A》等期刊上发表研究论文170余篇。编写专著及教材4部。
