Lecturer's Introduction:

Dr. Jianlong Wang is currently Professor and Ph.D supervisor of Northwest A&F University, and is recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. He is also head of the provincial food safety innovation team, and chief scientist of the provincial “scientist plus engineer” innovation team. He has ever served as vice president of School of Food Science and Engineering, Northwest A&F University. He has been selected as the New Century Excellent Talent of Education Ministry, recipient of Shaanxi Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, Youth Science and Technology Innovation Talent of Shaanxi Province. He has received the Shaanxi Youth Science and Technology Award, the First Prize of Science and Technology from China Association for Instrumental Analysis, and the First Prize for the Science and Technology Award in Universities of Shaanxi Province (2 awards). He has presided over 20 projects including the International Cooperation Project of National Key Research and Development Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China and so on. More than 160 high-level academic papers have been published as the corresponding authors, including the Journal Science Advances (1 article), the Journal with impact factor over 20 (more than 10 articles), the Journal with impact factor over 10 (more than 50 articles). More than 10 national invention patents have been authorized. At present, He serves as editor of leading national and international journals, such as Trends in Food Science & Technology, Foods, Journal of Food Safety & Quality, Food Research and Development, and so on.
